I sent my M3 in for warranty replacement of the touch screen a while ago, and when it came back, a couple of the keys (the E and the F) were out of alignment (see pictures below). The keys still play, but they feel a little stiffer than the rest. It's really more of a nuisance than anything, but I would still like to fix it.
Has anyone ever encountered this before, and is it something that's easily correctable?
Thanks.

Hello MamboKeys,
I too encountered a similar issue with the keyed on my Pa1xpro and i can say that if you have basic eletronic skills and feel comfortble taking it apart it shouldn't be too dificult to reposition back given that nothing is physically damaged such as the spring or the actual key its self. I currently have an issue with the keyed on the M3 when the actual module is tilted in the up possition and when i play on the keys there is a mechanical noise coming out from the left corner just right on top of the bend wheel.
it does not bother me at this point however i will be taking it apart very soon and will share the entire process. |
