No Makie, No RCF, just go for JBL EON 10, JBL EON 12, JBL EON 15, these are active speakers and I have been using with Passive mixer for live performances, it all best.

as far as i know, mackie is based in woodinville, washington state USA and its an american brand...

when mackie system came to guitar center, they destroyed every single brand with their quality and prices, except all UK products...

what is RCF ??

EAW, JBL ,EV ,DINACORD, PEAVY , B52, COMMUNITY and few others are known and used by most top musicians, but never heard of RCF !!
good luck..

Hi
I know Mackie is an ameircan brand, but, at least the SRM450 is made in China, thats what it says on the back of my speakers. I think the sound is great, and also others keeps telling me the same when I'm out playing. BTW, tomorrow I will have a visitor from Seattle WA here, that has been working for Mackie in Woodinville, up until a few months ago. Is'nt the RCF pretty much the same as SRM??, made in Italy?? owned now by Mackie?? Just heard some people talking about it. I will ask my visitor.

I used Mackie and JBL speakers earlier. I am looking for a stage monitor speaker, which can be used for practice also.

Thanks,

-KG
