I have the Korg pa1000 with the Musikant Add-on SD. When I convert to pa5x, the Musikant add-on sounds used in these add-on styles are missing.
Has anybody have the same problem?

Yep , they are indeed missing in all international PaSeries versions !
Musikant editions of PaSeries are using Localized Ram extra sample resources that only exist in Musikant Edition of PaSeries.
Encrypted/protected mSD samples of Pa1000/Pa4X do not work in Pa5X , it requires new compatible encryption.
