My pa2xPro: When I try to set the damper pedal calibration, after doing so, (or so I think), I get a popup saying "Calibration Error - Out of Range. Retry. OK". Never saw this one before. Nothing in the manual, couldn't find anything here. How can it be 'out of range'? It's connected by a six-foot cord. Can't get the pedal to sustain. Is the pedal itself ex?
