I have the same issue connecting my Teenage Engineering OP1 in disk mode to transfer samples and stems. Unfortunately replacing the OP1 isn't really a viable solution Wink

I had a problem like this in the past i noticed that my PC and everything read it without any problems but my Kronos would freeze when trying the problem was not the usb i fixed the issue by making sure all my audio files or wav files did not have any symbols in the name so if your files have any symbols !@#$%^ etc... rename your audio file on your pc then insert back in all should work.

Thanks, my KRONOS frozes all the time when trying to read a pendrive and it was the WAV audio filename because I used "[ ]". Thanks, again.
