I have quite a good offer for a short time in which I could acquire IX300.
I see that it has 14mb of waveforms, which is excellent, but its multi/combi mode capabilities are quite uncertain since it does not have combi mode at all. The manual indicates that it sends and receives on all 16 MIDI channels.

Does anybody know from experience or common knowledge, what's the procedure to use this device as a sound source from an external sequencer on several MIDI channels?
