|
|
I am unable to get the Wavestate Editor to work.
I am using Updater 2.1.3 and Editor 1.1.2, seemingly the latest. Updater, which I ran first, installed a driver; "KORG Wavestate" under Nework Adapters in Device Manager with no errors.
When the Editor is opened, it perpetually shows "waiting for device" and never connects.
Should the Editor be installed first, and then the Updater?
There is no warning next to the driver name in Device Manager, so it seems to be installed correctly.
When the Wavestate USB cable is disconnected, "KORG Wavestate" driver disappears from Device Manager, so this seems to be right.
Yet it still shows "waiting for device".
The PC is Win 10 and the Wavestate is in NCM mode.
Am I the only one having this problem? I can't find any resources on the web, and Korg CS never responded to my email. |

This is a common issue and it drove me crazy for some but try this out. Disable your anti virus software or firewall. If your wavestate connects you must make an exception to allow it into your network. |
