|
|
Hi,
I have created .wav samples (C and G notes of each of the 5 octaves) of my beloved Korg N364 Rock Piano setting with Awave Studio (v11.3) following all the tutorials on YouTube, but after I load the .KSC file in my Kross 2 from the SD card (DATA folder containing N364RP.KSC file and N364RP directory), I cannot find the "N364 Rock Piano" anywhere in the programs or combis. Altough, I can see the loaded file in the EX PCM tab (Global menu). What am I doing wrong ?
Best regards,
M. _________________ Korg Kross 2 - Korg N364 |

You need to have a Program that is using multisamples from the imported collection. I haven't yet received my KROSS2 (will have it tomorrow or early next week), but importing .ksc files was new to me
I don't know if you already have a .PCG file for KROSS 2 using your multisamples loaded/created, but you can point a new User Program using the multisamples from OSC editing, just dive in the Parameter Guide PDF or in the KROSS 2 menus _________________ Roland JV-1010 / Triton-Rack 96MB / Trinity Plus PBS-TRI / Yamaha MOTIF6 64MB / Roland Fantom-XR 512MB / Yamaha MOXF6 1GB / Roland XV-3080 / Roland FANTOM-06 / Yamaha MODX6+ / E-mu Proteus 2000 / Roland XV-5080 128MB / Kross 1 / Kross 2 |

Thanks for your reply Vesa. I managed to create a new program with the free Kross 2 editor and choose the .KSC multisample from the N364 from there. Everything works fine but the "rock piano" sound is not 100% the same as on my N364, it' s brighter and less full so in the end I will be using the stock piano sounds on the Kross. Have fun with your Kross 2 ... it's a great synth ! _________________ Korg Kross 2 - Korg N364 |
