To an extent, yes, but there is no built-in function in the Nautilus to do this. It will be necessary to look at the Timbre level meters when playing each Combi, to determine which Timbres are contributing to the sound, and then replacing the non-sounding Timbres in one Combi with the ones producing sound in the second Combi. It would be much easier if the desired final sound does not involve the arpeggiators. The effects routing of the replacing Timbres will need to be considered (it would be easier if both Combis used the same effects), and there will be a certain amount of compromise involved. Polyphony limits, will be more likely to be reached and make themselves heard.

The no-compromise approach would be to get a second Nautilus, and use the MIDI Out from one to the MIDI In of the other, each playing one of the two Combis, and to combine their audio outputs using a mixer.
