This was released on Sept. 25, 2022, after the New User Manual.
Why do we need them both?

I'm not sure I understand either

The Users Guide has been a great resource. It looks like this version of the Performance Guide has been toned down from (E2). If I recall approx 980 pages in the previous version, now 568 for (E3).

I'll look at them when I get the chance, for now I'm sticking to the Users Guide.
