Not directly. Both keyboards will need to be connected to a host computer or MIDI device host, where they will be enumerated as MIDI devices. MIDI routing software could then be used on the computer to send MIDI from one to the other. If a MIDI standalone host is used, it will need to be configured to route the MIDI appropriately.
