When I powered up my Kronos 2 after travel, I discovered some programs have lost all audio signal, but not all. For example, User C-003 Mono Bright Piano and C-005 Oasys Mono Piano have lost their output. However, C-004 3 Way Stereo Grand sounds fine. All are in HD-1 with OSC1 as base. I cannot figure out what global parameter may have changed to cause this. Any ideas where to look? I tried restoring a .PCG file from 5/1/2022 to no avail. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thank you, Tom.

Sorry to bother you all. I was running from the L/R out using a stereo cable into a TRS plug into channel 5/6 of an EV Evolve 30M. It appears not to like a stereo signal. When I switched to a mono 1/4" cable all the sounds came through. Hardware and user error.

I am no expert but it sounds like some samples are missing.

Try looking under under Osc1 in each Prog that's messed up and make sure it's got the correct multi samples / or Wavsequences listed there under Osc 1. That always throws me when I find no audio on certain progs/presets.

that happened to me once, and i found myself having to reinitialize to the factory presets and settings to get back all the samples needed for those sounds and installing the latest version 3.1.4 i think it is. took like 3 hours. ugh
