How do I change the range of the Pitch Bend wheel?

I've searched. And Searched. I cannot find the menu to control the pitch bend range. Please help and make it easy for me.

Press the Shift + Resonance buttons at the same time to open the pitch page. The pitch bend range parameters are on the second page.
