I would appreciate any suggestions to the following:
I attempted to register my KLC 1.2 version. The system says the software is already registered. When I attempt to reset my password, the system says my email is no longer valid, so it will not send me a reset email. It is also asking me for a response code that I do not have, as the software was able to be installed on my laptop. (I do have my Authorization code)

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this? thank you, in advance, for your help.
