I need some help with volume control in my Kronos. I use the audio input of the kronos to play along with some songs and i use different combis in the same song. I play with headphones and the problem that i am having is that the internal sound of the keyboard is always in a higher volume compared to the audio input. I have the slider #1 set to CC#7 and i adjust the volume of the keyboard so its balanced with the external audio but this solution isn't a very good one because when i change combi the volume of the internal sounds goes up again and gets unbalanced with the audio input. What can i do about this? |

There are several places that the audio input signal level can be altered:
1) Increase the volume of the external audio, or is the external source already at max volume? Or use a pre-amplifier to increase the level.
2) Alter the audio input gain, using the controls on the rear panel of the Kronos.
3) Alternatively, route the external audio through an effect, which could be a limiter or compressor effect, and adjust the relevant parameters to increase its level. This can be done such that the Combis use the settings in the Global menus, or it can be done on a per Combi basis.
