Is there any sign of life when you press the power button (red light and/or backlight)?

Sounds like faulty power supply or mainboard short circuit

You can only try with another internal power supply..not much you can do if that is not the case.. it could be anything on the mainboard , the cpu board or the panelboards but without schematics there is nothing that can be done remotely :/

If you have it loaded with locked set , it is normal to take more time.
If it works ok i wouldnt change the cpuboard anyway though

Just a thought . . . if you're living in an area where power supply is dodgy, you'd do well to invest in a UPS. https://ehomerecordingstudio.com/uninterruptible-power-supply/
