So far I'm enjoying my opsix but there a few things I'd like to see in an upcoming software update that would make it shine as a serious fm synth-

1.multi stage envelopes throughout including pitch/filter/assignable envelope
It's just not the same using a typical adsr when shaping sounds with fm synths.
This is the most important thing I'd like to see implemented.

2.FX routing availability. I feel a bit stuck with the fx chain. Would be really nice sending eg. Op1 carrier to reverb while another carrier in the algorithm goes only to chorus etc.

3. Sequencer ability to record Arp notes

4.microtuning.

5.envelope rate scaling
which the opsix is sorely missing alongside multi stage envelopes.

6. More V-patch destinations to the sequencer. Tempo, gate times, start offset, resolution and note length would be fun to patch up

7.a more useable randomiser. I've given it a go at different settings and it mostly spits out unusable sounds often with no or low volumes and also has been the cause of a few crashes. I'm not that bothered to be honest because I like programming my own sounds...... would be nice if some happy accidents could come of it though.

Please smart people at Korg, sort it out
