I hope this problem has not come up on the forum before - I couldn't find it.

I am using a patchname script for the Pa3X 1.63 with Cubase 8.5 (WIN 10-64bit) and I have checked it out carefully. However, I just noticed that patches from Cubase are incorrectly interpreted for SOME midi channels when I send the Midi file to the Pa3X sequencer. Example: I have Spiccato in Cubase (MSB=121, LSB=4, PC=49). This shows in Pa3x sequencer as RealStrings 2 (121/4/49), but RealStrings 2 is really (121/10/49).

I don't know how long this has been happening. The apparent randomness of these occurrences have not allowed me to explain what is happening. I don't think it is a Cubase problem. I am using MIDI cables as opposed to Korg driver, if that means anything.

Any help/explanation would be appreciated.
