I sometimes use an old school Evolution Midi Controller keyboard connected to my Oasys when I am at my Studio Desk as I can’t reach the Oasys from there. Changing Banks and Programs is easy enough , by sending CC# messages, but when I want to change from Progs to Combis (and vice versa) I have to send a Sysex message, from a Morningstar MC6 MIDI Controller.

Program Mode : F0 42 30 70 4E 02 F7
Combi Mode : F0 42 30 70 4E 00 F7
I couldn’t find this info in the 1000-page Parameter Guide, but I found it on an old post in another Forum..
Edited to say that I have subsequently connected my Oasys to Midi-OX and pressed a few other buttons on the Oasys to learn the Sysex codes. _________________ Korg Oasys-76, Akai DPS-24, Headrush Looperboard, Sandberg California Bass, Line-6 HX Stomp. |
