Although not fully the same, you could use PCG Tools (check the link in my signature) to easily move/sort combis.
What I did before the Kronos (which has a set list feature), is to 'program' the order in a specific combi bank. While I didn't have created PCG Tools, it took some time, but with PCG Tools it's probably the closes you can get (without buying a Kronos). _________________

The easiest way to do it on the board itself is to copy the combis you need for your set list into Bank D in the order you need them in. If you do any edits, make sure you save the edits to the original as well. If all you need is a single program, make a combi anyways with it. _________________ Korg: Krome 61

Hey, I'm thinking to get a Krome EX next year.
I saw your instruction, it looks like a solution.
The only question remain is whether you can move to the next sound in the list via foot-swtich.
This is the most important thing in a setlist, because when you play a song in a live band mostly you don't have time for your hands to leave the keypad in order change sound. |

I do not have a Krome, but I DO have an M50 (which came before the Krome).
I used the M50 Cue List feature for many different shows and it worked very well. I would recommend using the Cue List feature, as I think that it will give you what you want.

YES! You can use a footswitch to INC to each song through your set. This is exactly what I do as well. I was thinking of doing an instructional video for this? |

I am currently working on / testing Set Lists (using a couple of different methods) and will post my results soon!
I have been using the SEQ Cue List system, using a foot controller to INC thru each song in the set. |

Yes please, do an instructional video for this.
I tried the Krome EX 61 a couple of days ago, and I use Yamaha MODX6 as my band keyboard now, and while the MODX6 gives me all I need in terms of sounds and functionality, I was amazed by how much I preferred the action of the Krome EX 61 over the MODX6 action.
I also prefer joystick over wheels for live playing. |
