one of the reasons … but he says - the new hardware,
so I would say there's more to this.
The true is that when you layer the sounds you can get better results than a Moog alone.
The Moog is definitely overrated in modern times. |

I would say it cannot convincingly do a real minimoog.
That being said, if anyone can do it, it's Busch.
He's proven me wrong over and over. Best synth programmer not working for a major synth company. He's one of the best! _________________ Korg Kronos, RD-88, Yamaha VL1, Deep Mind 6, Korg Kross, author of unrealBook for iPad. |

As you have the Mood Model D app I wonder if it is worth the effort? I have the app but prefer to use a hardware solution as most of my music is playing live. I currently use a Behringer Model D which does a reasonable job albeit I have to increase the gain on the mixer to get a decent sound. For special occasions I take my late 70’s Model D! I tend to use my Kronos for pianos, strings, mellotron and poly synth sounds. I also have the Back in Time Mini moog sounds from Germany on my Kronos but have not really delved into them too much. They might offer what you are looking for? _________________ Korg Kronos, Hammond XK5 / XLK5, Hammond SK 1, Minimoog Model D, Prophet 5 desktop, Behringer Model D, leslie 145. Microkey 37.
