Hello everyone.
Does anyone else complain about the graphics of this new update for the Pa4x?
They look very poor for a screen with a seemingly good graphic quality!
My old Pa2x pro had better looking and better reading icons!
Could KORG improve a little more on this? |

Hi Marco
Welcome to Korg Forums!!
Yes, many have commented regarding the graphics resolution of the PA4X screen.
Hopefully this will be improved in the next Korg arranger series (PA5X?? etc..)
I very much doubt anything will change on the PA4X in this regard.
Cheers

is right ...
many have commented and unlikely Korg will not fix the graphics even if a new update OS comes out , korg will not address this ...korg might fix some bugs , that will be all ...
if the new pa5x comes out and does not have a screen as big as the Genos (9 inch) then the pa4x will be my last .... it will be time to move over to the Genos...
I do love korg .
but the pa3x screen was small and not good resolution ( but you could read it easier then the OS 3 ) the pa4x was a little bit bigger and the resolution was just a little better , and on OS2.2 you could read the screen better ... but os 3 ... neat and clean looking , but hard to read _________________ The Gold Standard OS 2.2

A simple settings menu to allow users to change text size is very simple for Korg to add even to change colour scheme which older version such as pa3x had it.
Basically there are two possibilities or korg does not bother/care at the moment for the pa4x or they plan to add them bit by bit at future models if any.
More I think in to possibilities and cut functions from previous models I'm leaning more towards the first though. Hope I will be proved wrong. |

Thank you for posting images but PLEASE USE CAUTION. THIS FORUM IS NOT SECURE! Make sure your Google Drive Permissions are tight and use a VPN. The fact that Korg decided to host this site and leave it unprotected is almost CRIMINAL in my opinion. _________________ PA4x, PA500, NI Komplete Kontrol S88 MK2, Sonar Platinum, Ableton Live 10 Standard, NI Komplete12 Ultimate, EWQL Libraries, Nektar Impact LX88, Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 Gen2, Studiologic MP-117 Pedalboard |
