Hello good people

Another problem with Kross.

The display is locked. It shows "Korg KROSS musi ......." in white text on a bluish beckground. Pushing keys "Global Media", "Prog", "Combi", "SEQ", or any other, nothing happens. In other words, I can't get to any menus on the synth.
I can hear differend sounds when pushing the buttoms, wheels and keys.

Please. One to know what might be the reason for this and how to fix?
