Hi bobmusic (and this also applies to all buyers of the new Italian F piano),
As a little update here, I just wanted to mention that today I received confirmation from Korg that the bug discovered here "will be corrected in a future update". Dancing
This proves once again that Korg continues to give good support for Kronos owners. Cool
Sounds Good

Hi KK,

This are good news, thanks for forwarding the information.
I got response from the german Korg support. The answer was, to make sure, as a first step, that all original Preload Data from the Factory disk is loaded.
But by doing so, the German Grand is loaded by default and the sample load error is not visible.

Hi bobmusic,

That's probably why most Italian F Grand owners didn't notice the tiny bug, as many don't modify the factory stuff so much. Personally, on my K2 the new Italian/Fazioli caused the retirement of the Japanese/Yamaha piano which has become totally useless to my ears. But if someone instead retires the German/Steinway, then the tiny bug happens.

I will update this topic once the update/fix is out. Until then, happy piano/Kronos playing. Cool
