Hello,
Set channel 2 to play a midi track from reaper but no sound from prologue.
Pressed on sub button and tried layered as split and still no sound.
No idea at all if the Sub button needs to be pressed when using only midi IN and layered/split mode.
Works well on main channel 1
Any idea ?
Sub CC channel is well set to 2 in the global settings

Regards

This is definitely not possible. Only the CCs on the Sub Layer respond to the second midi channel. IMHO "multitimbral" means control of 2 different sounds on different midi channels. (Notes and CCs) Korg's use of the word in their promo material is somewhat misleading.

Well that'd explain why we can't output the timbres separately...

(also I agree with RA here; this is not what "multitimbral" means)

I would say INPUT the timbre separately except by splitting the internal keyboard.
Hope they will fix this false advertising in a future firmware.
The last one 2.0 should have contained any major fix like this one.
