Hello,

I have the original Kronos 2GB 3.1.3. and after the recent update and attempting piano downloads from You Tube and this site have run into some trouble.
After reading some posts my issue seems related to RAM. However, Im also concerned about operator error (not leaving well enough alone). Rolling Eyes

I receive the following message and would be grateful to know if this issue would be rectified by once again updating 3.O.3?

KSC is incomplete due to uninstalled EXs:EXs12

EXs12 is the Austrian Grand Piano. It doesn't come standard so unless you bought it on the Korg shop site or know it was already installed on your Kronos at least as a demo, it's "normal" to get this message.

If the message appears when you start your unit, deselect the EXs12 file in the KSC Autoload section in Global mode (note that it might be part of a bigger KSC file as well if you don't see EXs12 in the list). If the message instead appears when you select a program or combi which uses this sound library, simply delete the programs or replace the unavailable sounds with other pianos and then resave the programs/combis.

Much appreciated KK.
No I don't have the Austrian Grand piano as yet so I will take that as a normal message.
And yes it appears when selecting a program or combi so I'll follow those instructions.
Thank you for taking the time to reply. All the best. Smile
