Wouldn’t it be great to have a screen with the option to have the setlist in the upper half of the screen and the “touchpads” in the lower half?

When playing live I need instant access to the setlist, but also to the touchpad (to triggers samples). To toggle between both screens while playing is no option for me.

Now I have a workaround with a nanopad. But there is no ergonomic spot left on the surface of the Kronos, except somewhere on the upper left side but that doesn’t really work nicely.

I think you are referring to a 61 key model ?

Extra real estate on the 88. Its perfect

Since you have all that keyboard real estate, you could assign the samples to unused keys in the lower or upper octave, correct?

For example, in my combis on my K61, I often reserve the top or bottom C to trigger a sample.

I also use a midi foot controller to trigger the 8 pads to play samples, notes, or chords. Perhaps one of these techniques might work better for you instead of a nano pad?

The Kronos Remote iPad app may also be a solution for you.

You can have it display the Set List mode, while the Kronos displays the pads.

Food for thought.
