I am brand new to Kronos, my Kronos 2 is a week old. I have searched the manual, cant find a way to assign one of the audio outputs #123 or 4 to a stereo headphone jack. L/mono and R are used for studio monitors. I note in the "quick start" manual p 11 that the 1 thru 4 are not affected by volume control, so maybe they are not a good choice for headphones. HOW best to do a headphone connection? A page in the manual? Thanks in advance. |

I’m confused, maybe I’m not sure what you’re trying to do. Why don’t you use the headphone output (plug) located on the front left below the ribbon control? _________________ Kronos2-61..(2) Triton Classic, Nord Stage 2, Previously owned lots of other gear dating back to the 70’s. |

The stereo headphone jack simply mirrors the main L/R output.
That is, any sound coming out of the L/R output is also being sent to the headphones. |

Hilarious! I didn't notice the headphone jack hiding in plain site. Kronos newbie. I feel like the movie where the pilots die and the I'm the Joe that has to land the plane. "What happens if I pull this lever?". Thanks for your help. |

Not many keyboards have that jack in the front. I love that the Korgs do. It makes you wonder why some others don't. |

Is there a way to kill the volume to the speakers and just hear the sound in the headphones? |

Duh, I never thought of that! This Korg Kronos is so technical I forgot to use common sense. Thanks for setting me straight. I'm sure I am gonna have a ton more stupid questions before I get to anything really challenging. Thanks again. |
