Good afternoon.
I am about to buy The Kronos LS and i am preparing the software update (3.1.3) for it which i imagine will be required.
I have downloaded the latest software and opened the relative folder to this showing manuals, install.info, Kronos_Update_3.1.3.tar etc. When i try to open the update file, i am unable to do this (Imac)
It's been a few years since i owned a Kronos so i' m a bit rusty with this sort of thing. I'm guessing the problem is opening the zip file for the update. Winzip want to take my money off of me......
Any help will be appreciated.

On a Mac.
I use Safari.
When I d/l a ' zip file', it quickly ' un zips ' when the d/l is complete, and the file is ready to go

| Tried the download using Safari however when i opened the main folder, the update folder was empty. |

You just copy that "relative folder" contents (two folders "Manuals" and "mnt" and 8 files, including Kronos_Update_3_1_3.tar.gz) to your FAT32 usb stick and do update as usual. No need further unpacks.
