|
|
Hi,
I am using my Nord electro 6d as an additional Keyboard to the Kronos. Unfortunately it sends out pretty unuseful velocity curve.
When using an SGX-2 Piano Sound on the Kronos i can manipulate the Velocity in the ControlSurface with a Parameter called Velocity intensity. If i set this to -50 the Velocity coming from the Nord is perfectly repaired.
Unfortunately this Parameter is missing if i´m using an EP-1 Electric Piano.
Any ideas how i con achieve the same thing with EP-1. Maybe using Karma, but how?
Thanks in advance

there is a velocity slope setting in Global.
I also see top/bottom slope Tab for programs in Combis
try the Karma forum for that part of your post. I don't know about that as a velocity solution. _________________ Kronos 88. MODX8

I don't know if KARMA is the way forward for this. I think GregC has the right notion with setting it in Global mode. Have you tried changing the Convert Position setting to PostMIDI? It should force all incoming data to use the velocity curve as specified in the Kronos. It's on the Global P1 MIDI page, where you set the basic MIDI channel, MIDI clock etc. |

Thanks for your help GregC and Hardsync.
Tried this all out, unfortunately it didn't´t achieve the desired effect. I try posting in Karma-Forum. _________________ Kronos88, Kronos 2/61, Dave Smith Pro-2, Minimoog Voyager, MacBook Pro, LogicProX - and a whole bunch of older stuff... |
