Hello everyone, after various tests I partly solved the configuration thanks to the information received from a post by Karmathanever, where he explained the various steps to insert a syx file inside the FCB1010.
I was able to configure the various fill in and the variations assigning them to the various pedals, I was unable to configure the expression pedals, I tried various parameters (the program change / control change volumes are 7 and 11) but nothing, do not work or they have no effect, I'm definitely missing something ... but I do not know what.
For now I can use it partially and I'm happy waiting for someone to give me more information on how to solve the last problem.
Thank you all

@francopiano
In FCB1010 Variations, Fills, Ending and Break is controlled by PC (program Change), which has to by set in global (PC) on same MIDI number channel as on Korg MIDI IN channel (control).
Here is all available PC on Korg:
https://performersheaven.com/en/midi-en/pc-in-korg-pa-en
Track Volume is controlled via CC ( Control Change) and must be on different channel that PC.
Here is list all CC on Korg:
https://performersheaven.com/en/midi-en/midi-control-change-korg-pa-en

Depend on what (which track) you want to control on Korg, you need match same MIDI channel on both, Korg and FCB1010.
Let say you want control Volume (7) Upper1 on Exp A.
1. in global FCB1010 set Midi channel to #3 for Exp A.
2. In Midi IN set you channel 3 to Upper1.
3. Very Important !!
FCB1010 can have 10 different setting on Exp A & B, means if you wanna on Exp A only Volume Upper1 sounds, you must set this under all 10 buttons, same setting on all.
If not, if you set only under button 1, when you press button 2, you be not available to control Volume any more.
As you see on this chart (picture) each button has place to set Exp A & B.

I did explain this on my website:
https://performersheaven.com/en/resources-en/how-to-en/programming-fcb1010-en
Also I made Video with Closed Caption which you can read with your language.
On YouTube Video, turn on CC, go to setting and set Auto Translate, then set your language (Italian).

If you still have question, please ask,... we are here to help.

Found an error in your last message of your table. If you send NRPN to set sb-entries you not only need coarse-value CC#06 (for hundreds) but also fine-value CC#38 to build full sb-entry number with 4 digits.

Hi Nemik, with your suggest i set fcb1010 ', but after use expression/volume pedal i discover that control when press all give volume, when press partial nothing, and when no press.... nothing (normal)so by partially pressing the pedal I have no change, only when I completely press the volume, it seems that I have no incremental control, is this normal?

No, is not normal, Expression works on any position, means if you press 50%, should sent 50% of value set between low and high point. (if 0-127, is sending 64).
Is a free software called MIDI-OX, you can download and check any Midi device what message is sending.

Thank you Nemik for a fast response, i will say you how i set the CC's and the Expression pedals, that for all presents

------CC----Value -------------- Controller--Minimum--Maximum

1------ 4------ 1 ----------------- 7 ------- 0 ---------127

2------ 7------ 0 ----------------- 7 ------- 0 --------127

in the global setting page i set

CC1 Channel 7
CC2 Channel 7
EXp A Channel 3
EXp B Channel 4

in Korg midi page i set

channel 3 upper1
channel 4 upper2
channel 7 control

mean this is all right, but result is pedal A work only how say you in last post, pedal B not work.

Hope all this can help you to found a solution of my problem....howewer today try use MIDIOX for check what signal get out pedal A when i press it.

Thank you for now.

Hi all, After doing a calibration of the A and B pedals things are slightly improved, the pedals start running at 3/4 of the race, but they are inefficient to be able to make a serious modulation of the sound ... unfortunately, I do not know what else to do, maybe that the pedal is defective ?, I also carried out a test with Midi-Ox, if I press the pedal at the bottom quickly generates 5-6 lines of codes, if I press it slowly generates at least 30 .... but I can not interpret the values.

FCB1010 has optical sensor on Expression pedals.
Maybe is dirty and required some cleaning?

Hello Nemik, I contacted the seller and illustrated the problem, he then asked me to send him the FCB pedals and sends me another new one, hopefully this is 100% working, I'll update you as soon as I get there. Wink

Very Happy today I received the pedal to replace the defective one and now the expression pedal works perfectly, so the problem is solved.
Now I have a question about the possibility of using one of the two expression pedals to adjust the simulation of the Leslie effect, could you tell me which settings should I use for this use?
Thank you in advance

Hello, thanks to your advice I programmed my FCB 1010. But I would like that the pedal A controls the Master volume and not only upper 1 as I programmed it. for that I can configure the pedal A in the channel control that I chose in Midi Function? Excuse my English Google Translation. Thank you
