Hello, This is my first post since registering today. I have just bought a Korg MR2000S DSD recorder from Japan and am puzzled by one of the Firmware 1.6's remarks about the RCA SPDIF output socket that can now via the menu be switched from'Consumer SPFIF format' to 'Professional AES' digital output. It also states that 'You must select Consumer SPDIF if you are connecting an external SPDIF device'. Does this mean that I can connect the RCA digital output to an external device's AES digital input if I select the 'Professional AES' as the desired output? Sounds complicated.........
Any help would be apreciated.
Thank you
Roger |

Hi Roger
Just curious, did you ever get this sorted out? S/PDIF is also AES on this unit, but you already know that
Best
