|

Hi everybody,
What I want to know is the harmonizer able to be controlled by a pedal footswitch on one of the two pedal inputs in the pa3xle? Obviously, I am new to the arranger universe, but I an really interested because of a potential good deal on a pa3xle. The idea is growing on me.

Short answer is yes. I have a damper pedal currently in my Pa3xle assignable pedal input that I use to engage the harmony function on the TC Helicon mike settings. Works just fine. Started using when my standard on/off switch went bad as I have several damper pedals. Hope this helps. _________________ http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=807494

Thanks for the reply, Eric. I want to use this for songwriting scratchpad and implementing ideas. Is the keyboard ok and the features? Thanks so much! _________________ Kronos 2 61, Wavestation A/D, Yamaha Genos and others. |

I see that we have a lot of "commonality" in our keyboard setups. The Pa3xle is a great tool for song writing. I use it sometimes for that purpose. It fits well with my Oasys in that mode. With karma and the available sounds on the Oasys paired with the rhythms and meat and potatoes sounds in the Pa3xle you have a winning combination. The Pa3xle has a slightly more weighted keybed than my Oasys 76. I like playing piano on it over the Oasys. But feel is a very personal thing to be sure.
I honestly purchased the Pa3xle for stage with bands; the sounds are really good for that. Great solo accompaniment keyboard as well with out saying. A very flexible keyboard. They have been out for over three years now and the new Pa4x, 700 or 1000 would be more current. That being said, you are not that far behind with the Pa3xle. _________________ http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=807494
