Hi !
I wonder if anyone here has the problem : my M3 is going yellow over the time, altough it's rarely exposed to direct sunlight.
It's very very very ugly... does anyone has a solution ? Otherwise i'll paint it with another color than white. |

Is it the whole of the M3, casing and keys that have yellowed, or just the keys?
I have an M50 whose keys have gone distinctly yellowish, probably due to lack of light, as it's been stored in the dark. I'm going to try and restore the colour. If I find something that works, I will try to remember to post it here. |

No, the keys are OK.
It's the white plastic sides that become yellow.
My M3 is stored in a flycase almost the time. |

This is common with many types of white plastic. I don't know why companies continue to manufacture with it. Whitening yellowed plastic is a huge pain in the ass and messy. _________________ - dysamoria.com

I brought my M50 out of the dark and into ordinary room light, and over the couple of months since moving it, the keys have definitely become lighter, and quite ivory-like in colour. It looks quite classy.

Interesting. i keep mine covered while not in use (in a mostly darkened room). The lighting is definitely yellow in here, so i have no idea whether my M3m has changed at all... _________________ - dysamoria.com
