Now that I've finally gotten my Kronos to talk to my computer, it looks like I only need three pieces of software running on my computer to really unlock the power of the Kronos. Or am I missing some obvious tool?

1) The Kronos Editor - free from http://www.korg.com/
2) PCG Tools - donation from http://pcgtools.mkspace.nl/
3) KARMA - $169 from http://www.karma-lab.com/

If you own an iPad, there would be also this option:

TidyKronos (can do a few things PCGtools can not (yet)):
http://www.keller12.de/tidykronos/
I use primarily PCGtools, but for shifting Drum Patterns, I have used that

AL-1 and Polysix editor:
http://www.chrutil.com/kronos/
Haven't used that, but looks fancy

Another editor:

There's also PCGrid, a simple utility I wrote a few years ago.
It is a simple Kronos PCG viewer only, but what makes it different is that you can
view, search and compare across multiple PCG files at once in a single "grid-like" overview.
The java version runs on Windows, Linux and Mac.

Read more about it in:
