Hello all, long time no see!

Maybe I'm blind, but I can't seem to find the thread detailing how to fix the R3's potentiometer. I have one of the lucky units where the tempo continuously fluctuates 1-2 BPM, making it unusable. For a while, I simply used an external clock from my DAW; however, this is often irritating to setup and sometimes has playback issues as the R3 jumps to the master tempo.

I've recently learned to solder for the sake of tidying up my bass and guitar, so I was thinking about fixing my R3 myself. How difficult would it be to do? What part(s) are needed?

If anyone happens to know where the original thread on this, I'd appreciate you linking it!

EDIT: Found the thread I was looking for– http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=38899&sid=ec13efbc3866675285753e7091802667

Do I just add the capacitor before the pot, or after? Admittedly my knowledge of circuitry is pretty minimal.
