I wonder if anyone can advise a tool that will allow me to combine the GrandTouchRX.Set with the REALDRUM.SET so that both will load at boot on a PA1x?

Separately they both load fine, but if I try to load the second one, the first gets overwritten. I need a way to get both sets of data in.

Space is not the issue as the total RAM need by both is about 24MB (I have 32mb installed)

The sampling side of the Korg PA series is something I have not had much to do with.

Thanks

PS: I have a licence for Wave Extractor Pro, but I don't think it can do this task.

Have you tried drilling down to the sounds in the Grand Touch set and selecting them rather than loading the whole set?
So, you have the Drum set loaded then go to load Grand Touch but choose Open, Open etc until you reach the name of then sounds then choose load and choose which user slots you want it written to. If its all working then save it as a new set.
Merry Christmas.

Thanks Reuben, no I had not thought of that...I will give it a go Smile

The sampling side of the PA I NEVER got into, so it is all a bit new...
I also don't have a lot of knowledge re samples and sampling in general really...

My experience has been in either using or tweaking "stock" synth based sounds, or writing new ones...none of this sampling stuff!!!
