How do I transfer RPPR files from Triton Rack via SYSEX

I intend to use snooze which I use all the time with Moog Synths

as it works great on OSX 7 Lion

the problem is the parameter guide manual is not clear on how to export RPPR files via DataDump
In fact Korg has made it like Rocket Science to understand in the manual--they done tell how to export these files
its that hard!!

Amy ideas on where I can start
