As the event was perfectly designed in all respect I think the point was to have the best looking board on stage... Very Happy

I think they chose M3 because it's so beautiful with its white body and wood panel on sides.

It did look quite classy - but I think it was probably just one of the orchestra's keyboards set aside for Mr Bean's performance.

Clearly he was miming and the sound was coming from somewhere else. However the power cable and audio cables were plugged in, so I suspect it had been used for real elsewhere in the show by a proper musician and wasn't there only for this scene.
