The korg Kronos, Trinity and Micro X have given me a sonic pallet that lends to the new direction of mauvais, surreal sound scapes, emotive pads, animated sounds. The trinity with prophecy delivers great bass, the kronos does not, but the kronos is like a trinity on roids when it comes to atmosphere, animated sounds, texture and the ability to fill the cracks of a mix.
I am in korg workstation heaven.
I use diva, trilogy and trillian, sylenth 1, zeta 2 with these and man I am getting stellar results. |

Thought you were selling your K?
So have you tried using two bass sounds (or more) in a combi?
Either the same ones detuned slightly or offset to avoid phase cancellation? Or two different ones?
Can't understand why you think the K bass is not great. It sounds excellent to me. JMO _________________ http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=forum&id=1251 |
