Hi
I dont know what is going on, i never experienced something like that before.
First i exported the midi file from fl studio and loaded it to the combi in seq. No way to start karma using imported midi track! That notes dostn send signal to karma module or dt.
Second...
I played the notes first recorded it and quantize it, next i wanted to turn on karma and complete the recording. NO WAY! karma and Drum Track didint start if i want to use prerecorded notes.

WhAt IS GOING ON ?
im getting crazy with that!

I don't believe you can do this. Perhaps if you used an external sequencer, you could do it, but not the M3's sequencer. I'm not 100% sure on this, but...

You might want to have a look at this on the wiki: http://karma-lab.wikidot.com/korg-m3:general-workflow-for-using-the-m3-sequencer#toc10

What it says is that the KARMA engine comes before the sequencer, for example: "Keyboard/Control Surface > KARMA Engine > Internal Sequencer > Tone Generator"

Here is an idea that MAY work...

Set all tracks to internal only.
set midi chanel of the track that will play KARMA to the global midi channel..
Connect a midi cable from midi out to midi in port.
Set track to out only
Make sure KARMA is set to respond to midi in.
Make ssure local control is on
Play the sequence.

Ok i must something doing wrong... because i cant get it to work. The sound just stuck after i start the sequencer.

OK. make sure that you are not sending midi back from karma output to karma input...

All KARMA modules should have different midi in/out channels.

Let's say you want trigger karma module a from track 1... then you must run a different track with karma output.... if you set karma output to track1 then it will feed back into karma.... and sound will get stuck..

Also make sure midi clock source is set to internal and local control is ON.

ok i made it!
I forgot to change on P3:Track Param Status the INT to BTH. Now it is working

The KARMA triggering tracks should be set to EXT only, not BTH.
