Does Kronos have some type of feature similar to Triton series keyboards that have the 10's hold feature? |

I would think that the set list capability really supersedes the 10s hold. |

I think the 10s hold has been superceeded by the "Select Sounds By Category" functionality (in both Program and Combi modes).
The 10s hold was somewhat restrictive, in some ways forcing Korg to create equal numbers of category-based sounds. Without the 10s hold functionality, Programs can be arranged differently.
In the OASYS and now the Kronos, many of the Program Banks are engine specific. _________________ ** KORG Product Support Contacts **

I guess it would depend on how you used the 10s feature. For me, it would be a way to set up the 10 Combis I wanted instant access to during a set, and have them all be available with a single button. That's the functionality that has been nicely replaced with the Set List feature, which gives you 16 sounds instantly available (instead of 10), with much better descriptive text, and with an easier ability to switch to a different set of 16. |
