Hmm, very interesting. Kind of the same thing happens when I play piano through MIDI on my Semi Weighted Roland A33 and on the Wavestation.
Although I can fly on the Wavestation, for piano I think is better to stick to the roland keybed. _________________ Martin Ocando

BTW Upon watching alot of m50 videos on youtube, it seems that the piano sound on the 61 keys is compromised. On the other hand, the 88 keys sounds realistic and thick. Tho comparing sound on youtube is not reliable, watching videos is all i can do since the music stores in the Philippines are quite strict for product trial unless you buy one from them.

Yeah, it's because of the keybed. I've noticed a difference in the piano sounds of the M50 whether I play it with the M50 or via midi with my Nord Electro. Playing it with Nord just sounds better Wish I would have the NE keybed to my M50!! _________________ KORG M50-61, SP-200 Blue Edition
