Without any doubt if you have a pa2x/pa800 don't waste your money on tyros 3. If you have the King why would you want to get the slave? _________________ KORG PA2XPRO |

I hope the new shoes will have new strings, maybe even piano wire laces. Maybe they will help me dance ballads and other 8 beat styles.

I actually bought the T3 after buying the Pa2x and now I have 2 keyboards which both can't do what I want... If only I could merge features from both keyboards into one, I'd have a pretty damn good keyboard.
If I could just get the Korg style system to work like Yamaha's ( http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=38722 ), I would make the switch and just buy a Motif rack for some of the right hand sounds... _________________ Korg Pa2x, Yamaha Tyros 3, Roland TD 12, Cubase 4 |

One of the big things they (Korg) could do is to have a auto fill when changing variatons (like Yamaha). That wuld be very nice...seems to me it would be easy to do???
It could be a menu chouce so if any users wantd it the old way..no problem.
The way it is, at least as far as I found out, you have to be right on on your timing, hit the fill then the new variation (or even the same one) for it to be smooth.
Why in the Hxxx, doesn't Korg fix this?????
I think they easily could, so why are they so stubborn? Lot's of people complain about it.
That Yamaha style system is one smooth baby's butt!

Hi Lee
I guess we all have different requirements with these keyboards.
I personally hate the "Auto Fill" currently found on the Yamaha (I have one!!)
So if Korg introduce it, yes, please make it an option.

Pete,
You can turn the autofill off on a T2. If I remember right?
Yes, I would also likeit to be an option.
At least we would have an approprate fill for each variation, and not have some fills that don't belong.

OS 2.0 will be ready for 30th November - unless it's delayed........
Pete (I don't want OS 2.0 until it is ready!!! Happy for Korg to keep on testing it and getting all the issues sorted out) _________________ PA4X-76, Karma, WaveDrum GE, Fantom 8 EX
