I have an M3r that I used for 13 years before it crapped out. I thought it might be the battery but when I changed it and turned it on, every patch and every program came up in the window as "00 00 00 00" or blank. No sound at all. Got a feeling I've lost the internal ROM. Is this fixable? Sure hope so. The tenor sax and organ in this are the best I've ever heard |

Have you tried the reset option when u turn it on and can you get into the global menu. There is also a Test mode which does a self test and and checks the SRAM. Think I might have a service manual for the M3R around somewhere if you need it
Failing that get hold of Korg service in your country, the one in UK is really good and have helped me on numerous occasions |
