So is the KP3 worth getting?

Did he mean plug a keyboard in to the audio ins for processing or plugging a keyboard in to the midi in to play the "synth". The way he originally worded I took it that he wanted to play the KP3's synth from an external keyboard which is not possible.

I did! Laughing

Took the kp3 back anyway and swapped it for an R3 and not a bad swap!Great synth,has all the kp3 effects and a synth i can play! Very Happy

It is.It's really surprised me what you can get out of it.Having the two insert fx per timbre definitely helps though.Its so easy to create good usable sounds,even though there's only 4 knobs on the front panel but that's where knob assign comes in.It's definitely a performance synth.I'll be using it as part of my live setup anyway Smile
