Ive been playing with two boards lately but I want a new top board. Ive been practicing using my Tr and Another Yamaha board But Im looking for either a workstation or a good 49 key keyboard that has a lot of good sounding synth sounds I already know what workstation or older synth i would get but I dont know alot about 49key keyboards so this is really what I need help on deciding I heard the 49 key cme is a good board but I want to see what everyone else thinks

Thanks.

I think you couldn't be more vague about what you want.

Until you can verbalize what you need more clearly, don't buy anything. And most CME keyboards don't make any sounds: they are midi controllers with no audio.

For analog sound, and reasonable pianos avail. on disk...the "ancient" O series...like the O1W..is always good...However, it certainly would not be your top board....

If you are planning on taking two boards to gigs, you can get a controller (like the CME) to play out of the TR. I use an Axiom controller with my TR for gigs. It's less expensive than taking two of my better synths when something breaks or gets beat up. I'll save the value and condition of the others for studio use.
