They even put SW switches next to joystick.

but the joystick stil is "3-way", not "4-way" like in KORG!

I absolutely adore Korg's 4-way joystick (on the Trinity). Any other manufacturer's pitch-bend/mod-wheel configurations are a crime in comparison. I just can't get used to vertical pitch/mod wheels. Wished the Radias had the 4-way too.

The Trinity also had the ribbon, which was also sensitive to pressure. With the 4-way joystick and the two switches, there's so much live, expressive power effortlessly available with just one hand.

Oh, yes, the left side of Trinity/Triton with joystick, ribbon and switches are simply great for controlling performances with a few movements and very very little effort!
This is one thing all other brands should copy-and-paste on their own workstations, I'm really missing ribbon and switches on my S90ES.
BTW, I love wheels, but I admit that the joystick is more confortable for mod-pitching at the same time.

regards
