I bought the m3-m and i'd like to control the ribbon control and the SW1 and 2 of the m3-m with padkontrol using a master keyboard only to play the sounds of the m3 (the master keyboard hasn't the ribbon).
Is it possible use padkontrol in this way? if yes, how?

Absolutely!
You can program the X/Y pad to send CC's to simulate the ribbon (CC 16), and set two of the pads to simulate the SW1/2 controller functions (80 and 81 I believe).
Read up in the PK manual on how to make these settings/changes.
