My first suggestion would be to get in contact with Korg tech support. Idea

or try with panic boot procedures if it exists

i am quite sure it is not explained in the manual so i cannot say that it exists or not, but in the trinity it exists (an was not explained in user manual). it requires to press two buttons (i do not remember which ones) while powering up and trinity should reset everything (even if you lose all combi and prog in that case).

for trinity i found the procedures searching forums and sites on the web

good luck
